Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Releev, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Releev.
Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Releev membership
Releev offers one membership with everything included, billed monthly ($14.99/month) or yearly ($119.99/year). There are no tiers.
14-day free trial
New eligible users may receive a 14-day free trial. You choose Monthly or Yearly billing when beginning the trial, and you are charged $0 that day.
Before you start, we show the trial length, trial end date, selected billing frequency, and recurring amount. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid membership begins automatically and the payment method on file is charged.
If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged, and you can continue using Releev until the trial end date.
Billing and automatic renewal
Monthly memberships renew monthly. Yearly memberships renew annually. Memberships continue until cancelled. If a payment fails, we may retry and ask you to update your payment method; we will not delete your financial data because of a failed payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through Membership settings or the payment provider’s billing portal where available. Paid memberships cancel at the end of the current billing period, and we clearly show when access ends.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for your financial decisions. Calculations and projections are estimates based on user-provided or connected data.
Connected accounts and third-party services
Connecting accounts is optional. Releev uses Plaid to connect financial accounts you authorize; Plaid’s services are subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Releev is not responsible for third-party services.
AI-generated information
The AI Coach and analysis features are designed to be helpful, but AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important financial information. For legal, tax, bankruptcy, lawsuit, garnishment, collection-law, or other high-stakes issues, you may need advice from a qualified professional.
Financial education disclaimer
Releev provides financial organization, educational information, software tools, calculations, and AI-assisted guidance. Releev is not:
- A bank or lender
- A credit repair organization
- A debt settlement company
- A financial or investment adviser
- A law firm or tax adviser
Using Releev does not create an adviser, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship.
No guaranteed outcomes
Releev does not guarantee:
- Creditor approval or negotiation results
- APR reductions or fee waivers
- Settlements or debt elimination
- Credit-score increases
- Specific savings or payoff dates
Credit information
Releev’s Freedom Score is not a credit score, is not FICO, and is not a lender underwriting score. Credit-score guidance is educational, and Releev does not guarantee any action will change your credit score by a specific amount.
Intellectual property
Releev and its content, software, and branding are owned by Releev. You keep ownership of information you provide.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse Releev, including automated or abusive requests, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or using another person’s financial information without permission.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Releev available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Releev is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Releev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Releev is organized, to be confirmed before launch.
